Posters will be hung vertically, (2) poster boards will be placed side-by-side. Dimensions for Posters: 1189mm x 841mm. All presenters must adhere to the Conference Guidelines and Presentation Policies found here.

All posters must be printed; paper is recommended, the cloth versions do not attach to the poster boards well. Make sure posters are printed AO Portrait:

• Height = 1189mm
• Width = 841mm
• Velcro will be provided

Posters will be displayed for (1) full day of the conference, either Tuesday or Wednesday. Evening Poster Session times are listed below.

• Hang your poster on Monday evening anytime between 16:00 – 19:00 or on Tuesday morning between 8:00 – 9:00. Velcro will be provided or you can bring your own.
• You are not required to staff your poster during the Monday evening Welcome Reception.
• Your poster will be viewed throughout the day during breaks and lunch, so we encourage you to be present at the poster as much as possible throughout the day. You ARE required to stand at your poster during the following time:
  • Tuesday 17:15 – 18:45
• Remove your poster on Tuesday evening promptly at 18:45 so we can prepare for the next set of posters.

POSTER SESSION 2 – Wednesday, June 29

• Hang your poster on Wednesday morning between 8:00 – 9:00. Velcro will be provided or you can bring your own.
• Your poster will be viewed throughout the day during breaks and lunch, so we encourage you to be present at the poster as much as possible throughout the day. You ARE required to stand at your poster during the following time:
  • Wednesday 17:00 – 18:30
• Remove your poster on Wednesday evening promptly at 18:30. Exhibit Hall tear-down will begin at 18:30, be sure to take your poster with you at this time. We are not responsible for abandoned posters.
